For short and long term leases full advance payment and security deposit is required. For daily leases full payment must be received before or during check-in.

Safety-deposit box is provided in the fully furnished apartment.

Dubai landline calls and other calls to local mobile phones and international calls are charged at the usual rates of the service provider.

All long term tenants have assigned parking slots depending on the hotel apartment type. For all daily lease tenants a dedicated parking space is also available. Valet Parking is available and chargeable.

Housekeeping service is provided twice a week for apartments. Should you require additional housekeeping services, this can be arranged at an additional cost through our Housekeeping. For the daily rental apartments, a housekeeping service is provided daily.

This is not included as part of the housekeeping services offered. However, should you require this service; it can be arranged through Housekeeping on an additional charge.

For long term tenants, you may paint the walls but this should be done at your own cost after approval from the residence administration management. However, we do require the residence to be returned to its original state on departure.

We cannot remove any furniture items from the apartments. However, you are authorized to use your own additional furniture.

We provide baby cots as required. Any extra bed requirements are chargeable.

Baby-sitting is available on request at a charge.

NMC Healthcare is located 4 km from the Hyatt Place Residence. By car 5 minutes and around 15 minutes by foot.

Al Rigga metro station is located two minutes walking distance.

Frequent Flyer or Gold Passport programs are not applicable at Hyatt Place Apartments.

All bookings need to be guaranteed upon reservation, please cancel your reservation 48 hours prior by 2:00 pm hotel local time to avoid one night charge.

Changes in dates, number of guests or number of apartments may result in rate changes.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

In the case that any guest misplaces their personal belongings whilst staying at Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga, and if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘Lost & Found’ by the property.

The security department will record details of all ‘Lost & Found’ items, and are consequently stored for a maximum of three months. After this period, in line with the directives of the General Department of Criminal Investigation in Dubai, all unclaimed valuable items will be handed over to the Police Station and the rest will be given to charity.

These ‘Lost & Found’ valuable items will then be kept at the police warehouse for a further three months after which they will be auctioned, and any funds raised will be given to charity.
